Pricing questions
Yes. A one-time setup fee of ₹10,000 applies to all plans. It covers platform configuration, GDS connections to OTAs, and your branded booking website. The fee is negotiable based on fleet size and scope of integrations. After setup, you only pay the per-trip flat fee or the commission on OTA bookings, depending on which model you choose.
Yes. You can switch pricing models at any time. Many operators start with commission and move to flat fee as their bookings grow, since flat fee becomes more economical at higher volumes.
A trip is one scheduled departure per route per day. For example, if you run Chennai–Bangalore twice daily, that counts as 2 trips per day.
No. Commission applies only to OTA bookings (seats sold through RedBus, AbhiBus, etc.). Bookings made through your own branded website carry no QwikBus commission.
No. QwikBus plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with no penalty.
