1. Agreement

By accessing or using QwikBus services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organisation.

2. Services

QwikBus provides bus operator software including GDS distribution, seat sharing, dynamic pricing, branded booking websites, fleet management, and GST reporting tools. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Payment terms

Fees are charged according to the pricing plan you select. Flat fee plans are billed monthly in advance. Commission-based plans are billed monthly in arrears based on actual OTA bookings. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your access to QwikBus services will continue until the end of your current billing period.

6. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to QwikBus. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.

7. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QwikBus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
